My designs focus on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing living spaces tailored to the needs and the lifestyle of you and your family.

It involves planning and designing the interior layout, selecting color schemes, furniture, lighting, materials, and decorative elements to enhance comfort and visual appeal.  I consider factors such as space utilization, personal style, ergonomics, and flow to create cohesive home environments, including living rooms, family rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, garages, closets, and outdoor spaces.

The Scope Of Work outlines the comprehensive services I provide for the planning, development, and execution of the project.  It includes concept development, space planning, material and finish selection, color schemes, lighting design, furniture and fixture specification, and overall aesthetic direction.  The scope also covers the preparation of technical drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations, as well as as coordination with architects, contractors and vendors.  Project phases typically include initial consultation, design development, procurement support, and site supervision to ensure the design intent is realized within the agreed budget and timeline.

Once I have determined the design and scope of work for your project, I provide the professional  service of construction management.  

I work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, serving as the central point of communication and decision-making throughout the project's lifecycle.  

I will oversee and coordinate a construction project's planning, design, and execution from start to finish.  It involves managing budgets, schedules, resources, safety and quality to ensure that  your project is completed on time, within budget, to the required standards and relieves you of the everyday pressure of managing the complexity of the day to day details!
